1.Uses: Mainly used for the vulcanization of rubber products. The main raw materials: silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, synthetic rubber, EPDM, etc., and it can also vulcanize rubber granular floor tiles made from waste tires and reclaimed rubber products.
2.Adopting PLC control, the vulcanization process could realize multi-program automatic control, could detect and adjust the temperature automatically, open the mold automatically. The robot takes the product out and feeds it automatically. It could record at least 500pcs product data.
3.This machine is equipped with high and low pressure oil pumps, which are directly driven by electric motors.
4.The temperature control system controls the temperature of the heating unit automatically. When the motor is overloaded or faulty, the machine will automatically start protective measures and stop the motor, and alarm at the same time.
5.The machine could be equipped with automatic mold ejection mechanism and automatic discharging mechanism according to user needs, which can save labor and improve efficiency.
